I had a very relaxing experience there. the motel was clean and featured a modern design. the staff were attentive and incredibly helpful. I stayed in a brand-new twin room that had a comfortable bed, modern decor, and refreshing linen.

I really enjoyed my stay in the newly renovated double room with a spacious bathroom. the amenities like a microwave, electric kettle, and fridge were very convenient. Plus, the motel's central location near the railway station was a great bonus.

This place is conveniently located close to Rockhampton, Mackay, and Airlie Beach, making it a great choice for travelers.

I had a really comfortable two-night stay here, and the location is fantastic with easy access to shops, a service station, a pub, and the beach while being mindful of potential crocodiles, stingers.

I recently stayed at a motel on a road trip and had a pleasant experience. The hotel was just off the highway which was very convenient for me. The cleanliness of the room was impressive, it was tidy and the bed was comfortable. The parking was easy and undercover, which made me feel secure about leaving my car. Additionally, the hotel facilities were great including the pool which looked very inviting. The staff was welcoming and helpful, providing me with useful information and delivering food to my door.

We had a wonderful stay at Sands Motel. the room service meals were delicious, especially the chicken burger and homemade rissoles. It was great to see that they had their own chickens for free range eggs. the menu had a great selection to choose from and even our kids loved their meals. the family, friendly setup was impressive with comfortable beds, towels, and washers provided for everyone, including our 8. They even had tea and coffee with plenty of cups. the reception was fantastic, offering a drop box for keys if we needed to check out early. the pool was a great way to tire out the little ones before bedtime. we were very pleased with our overnight stay. Cons: All was good 😊.

Spent Christmas at this little motel and it was fantastic! the rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for our stay. the location was perfect for breaking up our trip and there was a nice pool to cool off in. We enjoyed the delicious food and drinks, especially the pork chop and works burger. It was a great way to spend the holiday with the family.
